Commercial Projects Manager

We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Commercial Projects Manager to transform our project estimating function from a reactive quotation service into a proactive, market-facing, bid-winning commercial engine.

This is a pivotal role responsible for driving project success through strategic estimating, customer engagement, supplier collaboration, and commercial influence. You will lead a high-performing estimating team while working closely with electrical contractors, project stakeholders, suppliers, manufacturers, and to identify, price, influence, and secure profitable project opportunities.
