Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm, is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer seeking a role with flexibility on office location, hybrid working, and the chance to join a supportive firm handling good quality work. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a broad client base on a range of transactions. The role can be based in Skipton or Silsden, depending on your preference. The work is likely to include:

Sales and acquisitions of commercial property

Landlord and tenant matters

Leases and renewals

Property finance work

General commercial property transactions
