About the Role

Location: Stellenbosch - Cape Town

Reporting to: Branch Director.

Role Overview: The Commercial Real Estate Broker is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing commercial property transactions across office and industrial sectors. The role operates within a highly competitive, open‑mandate environment where multiple brokerages have access to the same stock. Success is driven by execution, client acquisition, deal‑making ability, and consistent pipeline development rather than access to exclusive listings. The broker is expected to operate at a high‑performance level, taking ownership of both tenant and landlord relationships, while actively driving revenue through leasing and sales transactions.
