The role (quick snapshot):
Intermediate QS stepping into a busy pipeline. You’ll get hands-on across estimating, tendering, contracts and commercial management, working closely with strong project teams on quality builds. Plenty of exposure, plenty of growth.

What we’re after:

• 3+ years commercial QS experience 
• Confident measuring skills (concrete/carpentry is a bonus)
• Commercially sharp, detail-focused, easy to deal with
