Working Time: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the retail/commercial sales team Handle end-to-end sales cycle: sourcing, client meetings, site visits, negotiation, and closures Develop and maintain strong relationships with: Retail brands Channel partners / brokers Identify and generate new business opportunities in commercial spaces (shops, showrooms, offices) Conduct market research and stay updated on: Pricing trends, Competitor projects, Demand-supply in local markets Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, management) for smooth execution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Mentor and guide junior team members
