Supervise the ordering, billing to payment process of Vodafone Ghana customers (Exception of Postpaid & Wholesale)Oversee the accurate, timely and complete reporting of revenues and its deferral.Lead the complete, accurate and timely accounting of cash receipts and accounts receivable transactions while working collaboratively with credit & collections and other stakeholders to ensure recoverability of balances.Bad debt management and reportingManage timely computation and payment of commissions to sales agents and commissions policy review to ensure cost effectiveness and alignment with company strategies prior to implementation.
