Commercial Roofing Inspector 25 to 35 hourly DOE

Horizon Roofing Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Commercial Roofing Inspector to join our Team! This role focuses on inspecting commercial roofs and recommending repair solutions for building owners and property managers.


Responsibilities

+ Perform detailed roof inspections on commercial buildings for damage and system deficiencies

+ Document findings with photos and reports

+ Communicate repair recommendations to estimators and the service team

+ Work with the service department and estimators to coordinate repairs

Requirements

+ Experience with commercial roofing systems preferred (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, modified bitumen)

+ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

+ Ability to safely access commercial roofs

+ Valid driver’s license
