Commercial Swedish Food Market & Bistro Manager 100%

As Commercial SFM & Bistro Manager, you will be responsible for commercial execution in the Bistro and Swedish Food Market in IKEA Spreitenbach, ensuring IKEA Retail Food in the commercial calendar, developing commercial initiatives and food competence in the store. You will lead and coach the Bistro and Swedish Food market team in optimizing and developing the IKEA Retail Food business, considering the IKEA brand position, strategies, legal compliance and people and planet positive in all IKEA touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience leading diverse teams.
• Strong passion for sales and ability to meet customers’ needs.
• Experience managing customers in a dynamic restaurant or retail environment.
• Flexible and willing to work irregular hours, including early or late shifts and Saturdays.
• Strong communicator, speaking and writing fluently in German and English.
