Summary
The Centralized Commercial Lending – Renewal Team is searching for a Commercial Underwriter, Sr, responsible for evaluating loan applications based on established bank policies and procedures. This position will primarily be for our renewal group.
Candidate will evaluate the merits of any credit in the $MM to $MM range of exposure and either recommend a decision to a senior officer or use their own authority to decision the application. Candidate should be comfortable underwriting and structured non-owner occupant / investment real estate properties.
