Opportunity Description
Responsibilities Manage warranty claims and returns administration Assess returned diesel injection and turbocharger products Determine suitability for repair, remanufacture, credit, or rejection Liaise with technical and workshop personnel Maintain accurate ERP records and documentation Communicate with customers regarding returns and warranty matters Identify recurring product quality issues and trends Assist with operational planning of returned products Ensure departmental KPI and turnaround targets are achieved Requirements Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience in an automotive environment Strong diesel technical background Computer literacy and ERP experience Strong administrative and organisational skills Ability to make technically informed decisions Excellent communication skills Motor industry experience Essential!!
