Commercial / Workplace Sector Lead

JOB PURPOSE

The Commercial / Workplace Sector Lead will lead the development and drive the expansion of the commercial / workplace sector across the UK and Ireland, focussing on Project Management, Cost Management, Building Surveying and Construction Safety Services under the Advisory service line.

This is a key position focused on refining our go-to-market strategy, securing and delivering projects and, working collaboratively with the Buildings Advisory senior management team in the UK/IRL to develop and own a long-term vision for a sustainable growth of Egis’ advisory business across this region.

The ideal candidate will possess deep sector knowledge with proven experience in the field of commercial / workplace (either in a PM/CM consultancy capacity or working Client’ side), strong commercial insight, and an established network of senior industry relationships, especially in London.
