Job Overview

Hotel Indigo Torquay is looking for a Commis Chef to join our growing team and bring the Hotel Indigo values to life. The role is part-time, 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting elements of our dishes, creating excellent culinary and visual experiences for our guests.
• Ensuring the kitchen environment is safe and organised, working with our team of chefs to maintain safety.
• Working within a team, collaborating closely with all levels of chefs and supporting one another when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience working as a Commis Chef or Prep Chef within a similar environment is essential. Experience or relevant qualifications in a culinary course are beneficial.
