+ **Maintain food safety** ; ensure all food is prepared in line with hygiene, safety, and storage procedures.
+ **Support kitchen operations; a** ssist chefs with mise en place, cooking tasks, and timely service during busy periods.
+ **Stock verification;** confirm that all food delivered to the kitchen meets required quality and quantity specifications.
