Opportunity Description
- To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
- To report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef immediately.
- To comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
- To be flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times if required.
- Assist in the training and development of other kitchen staff to ensure efficient running and staffing.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or Culinary or equivalent.
- Required language(s):English
- At least 1Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Culinary, cooking
