Job Description
As a Commis de cuisine , you work in the kitchen preparing food items for guests using quality predetermined methods in a timely and consistent manner. Your daily tasks include:
- Set up station with predetermined mise en place required to service all outlets and banquet functions.
- Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Work across one main kitchen serving Brasserie 1519, Breakfast, W Living Room, In‑room Dining, and Banqueting.
