Communications Specialist

Job Title: Senior communication Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications
•Create and publish content for newsletters, intranet, emails, posters, and internal campaigns.
•Support communication around HR, CSR, leadership messages, and company initiatives.
•Coordinate with departments to gather stories, updates, and employee achievements.
•Maintain consistency with Sobha’s tone, values, and brand guidelines.

Social Media Management
•Support day-to-day management of official social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
•Create content copies, captions, and short-form content in coordination with the design team/agencies.
•Schedule posts and monitor engagement and queries.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic monthly reports.

Content & Coordination
•Maintain an organised content repository.
