Communications Specialist, MC-301-4B/4A

Summary This position is located in the Office of Congressional Public Affairs (CPA), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). CPA is responsible for communicating information about MCC's activities, programs, and policies to the public, the private sector, the legislative branch, and other Federal agencies. Although the position is advertised equivalent to GS-12/13, MCC uses a pay banded system to compensate employees. This position is pay band 4A/B which is generally equal to GS-12/13. Responsibilities Provides technical assistance and support for communications campaigns, including strategy, messaging, collateral (blogs, success stories, digital content, etc.), public engagement, stakeholder outreach, media relations and social media.
