Communications Specialist
The Winnipeg Civic Employees’ Benefits Program (WCEBP) is a dynamic and growing administrator of pension and long-term disability benefits. Serving more than 22,000 members, effective communication is essential to delivering exceptional service and maintaining member trust. The Communications Specialist will work collaboratively across the organization to support the development and delivery of member-focused communications initiatives.

- Research, write, edit, and adapt clear and engaging content for websites, educational materials, announcements, reports, and other communication channels.
- Translate complex pension and disability information into accessible content for diverse audiences.
