ERG Media is seeking a Community and Social Manager to act as the human voice of Type 7 across our digital platforms. We don't just want a reactive moderator; we want someone to proactively activate our distribution, drive audience engagement, and take ownership of our email newsletters.
Working closely with our Business Lead and Head of Operations, you will be responsible for reintroducing a first-person, intelligent presence in our comments and DMs, ensuring our community feels seen and engaged. Crucially, you will navigate our complex legal and brand compliance guidelines on a daily basis. A typical day involves scheduling social distribution via platforms like Later, writing and formatting the weekly newsletter via Klaviyo, actively interacting with our audience, flagging high-value community interactions for the wider team, and coordinating digital product drops for our D2C Shopify store.
