THE ROLE
As a Community Associate, you’ll be the face of Office Evolution Fairfax: the first smile members and prospective clients see when they walk through the door. This is a people-first role that blends hospitality, light sales, and community-building in a professional office environment. You’ll work directly alongside our Business Center Manager to support daily operations, nurture our member community, and help convert prospective leads into long-term members.
