About the Role
Derbyshire County Council have an exciting opportunity for a caring and determined Community Care Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Service in the High Peak team. This role offers progression and development, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to use your skills and experience to genuinely improve outcomes for children and young people.
The position is within a busy social work team with an experienced and committed group of colleagues, supported by a highly competent Practice Supervisor and experienced Team Manager.
The role is based at The Hub, South Normanton and travel will be required across the High Peak area.
