Derbyshire County Council have an exciting opportunity for a caring and determined part‑time Community Care Worker to join the North East/Bolsover Locality. The position is within a busy social work team with an experienced and committed group of colleagues, supported by a highly competent Practice Supervisor and experienced Team Manager.
