Bryson Group in Belfast is hiring a Community Employment Coach to support individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds on their journey to employment. This role involves providing personalized support, facilitating training academies, and building relationships with employers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in employment support, knowledge of barriers to employment, and a relevant qualification. A UK driving licence and business insurance are also required.
