Community Engagement (2-Year Contract)

Overall Job Responsibility The Manager will undertake tasks related to public communications planning and execution and stakeholder management. The Manager will develop, plan and synergise outreach work on future care planning (FCP) with a focus on the Special Needs Trust (SNT) including GOAL+ programme matching grant programme. The Manager will act as the primary point of contact for partner organisations and caregivers. Duties and Responsibilities Develop the outreach strategy including awareness building and education of SNT, GOAL+ and FCP. Oversee the design and production of marketing collaterals such as videos, brochures, annual reports etc., and streamline them by weaving in SNT/GOAL+ with FCP, where relevant. Procure and produce deliverables including resource packs/toolkits, talks at SPED schools, caregiver forums, training workshops and caregiver surveys.
