Community Engagement Specialist

About the Role

LeadAdvisors is looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to own our brand presence across LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and other relevant platforms. This is not a post-and-pray role. You will be an active participant in the communities where our clients, prospects, and industry peers spend time.

You will work directly with the content and marketing team to plan, publish, and engage — then track what's working and iterate. You know how each platform's algorithm behaves, why posting time matters, and the difference between a thread that starts a conversation and one that gets ignored. You stay current because the industry moves fast and you move with it.

This role is remote and requires someone who can operate independently. You will not be micromanaged. You will be expected to show up with ideas, flag opportunities, and report on results without being asked twice.
