Community & Event Executive

We’re looking for a Community & Event Executive who is passionate about creating welcoming experiences and bringing people together.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping WORQ’s day-to-day community experience across all locations, while supporting the planning and execution of events and partnerships. You will ensure that members feel connected, informed and engaged throughout their journey with WORQ.

Community operations & member experience

• Drive a consistent, high-quality member experience across all touchpoints by managing day-to-day community engagement and communications.
• Support and manage the overall member lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, and offboarding experiences.
• Work closely with the operations team to drive member engagement and enhance the overall community experience.
