Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the North West Community Mental Health Acute Care Service (CMHACS) as a CMHACs Practitioner. The North West CMHACs provide high‑quality, rapid specialist mental health and risk assessment and robust treatment plans. The service offers community treatment for individuals at risk of hospital admission, working to minimise length of stay, support home passes, and discharge planning. The service is based across three Community Mental Health Teams in North West Glasgow.
