We are excited to launch our new Assertive Outreach Team. This opportunity enables you to help roll out and develop our county-wide service, with two bases – one in Peterborough covering the north of the county, and one in Cambridge covering the south.

The Assertive Outreach team works in collaboration with existing CPFT services to support patients with the most complex and severe needs. In this role you will provide clinical nursing expertise within an MDT. The service will carry a small caseload, allowing intensive community-based mental health care for patients with complex needs who struggle to engage with traditional services.
