Job Description
Responsible to provide a high standard of care through care management, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the clients, including educating family members. Responsible to provide cost-effective care in accordance to established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care and practices. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
