Community Nursing Support Worker: Home Care & Palliative

NHS is looking for an experienced Nursing Support Worker to join the Carmarthenshire Community Nursing Service. The role involves providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes, particularly those living with life-limiting or terminal illnesses.

This permanent position offers full-time and part-time hours, with responsibilities including following care plans, ensuring standards of individualized care, and supporting patients and their families. Knowledge of the Welsh language is desirable, and a Level 3 healthcare qualification is required.
