About the Role
Great opportunity to work as an Occupational Therapist within the Adult Medical & Community Directorate. Permanent Full Time Role, 1.0FTE. The CoRe service is a progressive, multidisciplinary service for assessment and rehabilitation for adults within the Te Toka Tumai (Auckland) District. We deliver client‑centred rehabilitation in the community, clients' homes, our clinic/gym, telehealth, and in group settings. Common conditions seen include amputees, stroke, FND, fractured neck of femur, and deconditioned clients following a lengthy hospital admission.
Responsibilities
- Undertake a rehabilitation clinical caseload providing comprehensive, evidence‑based care.
- Work alongside Allied Health colleagues (PTs, OTs, SLTs, Psychologists) using an interdisciplinary model to deliver high‑quality and effective services.
