Opportunity Description
Overview
This role is a Community Payback Supervisor, responsible for supervising and motivating small teams of offenders to complete unpaid work tasks for community payback.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise work groups of offenders, ensuring tasks are completed effectively
- Drive service vehicles as necessary to transport offenders and equipment
- Plan and schedule work hours, including frequent weekend and occasional evening work
- Maintain health and safety standards and support well‑being of staff and offenders
- Record progress and report on outcomes to line management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (automatic licence not accepted)
- Right to work in the UK and for the Civil Service
- Experience in supervising or leading teams in a community or public setting preferred
