Community Program Coordinator (Pediatrics) - #Staff

The Division of General Pediatrics in the Pediatrics Department is seeking to hire a full-time **Community Program Coordinator.** The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the integration of various teams at the Bayview General Internal Medicine and Beacham clinics in order to address the social determinants of health as a routine part of health care. This is a full-time position, reporting directly to the Hopkins Community Connection Executive Director.

Ideal candidates are experienced social service providers, creative problem-solvers, detail oriented, exceptional communicators, and enjoy building strong relationships.

**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Manage and develop the Hopkins Community Connection (HCC) East Baltimore Medical Center Advocates and Student Leaders.
