At Spectrum Care, we provide support for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities to live great lives.

This role is to support four young men and women who share a house in Island Bay. They enjoy doing hip‑hop, sports and going to events such as festivals, rugby etc. They love drama, performing arts, music and singing. Your role will be to support them to extend their social networks and skills, develop relationships and keep exploring what the world has to offer.

The ideal staff member will be vibrant, fun, self‑motivated and innovative, a good listener, and someone who can assist these young people in making informed decisions and sometimes taking considered risks as they grow their independence skills.
