Salary

£26,903 - £30,110 per annum, dependent on experience (pay award pending)

Overview

The Community Wellbeing team supports a diverse range of initiatives that aim to improve the health and wellbeing of local communities, including food education, physical activity, emotional wellbeing, social isolation and the North Herts Healthy Hub.

We have secured funding through Hertfordshire County Council and the Crisis Resilience Fund to deliver a programme of food education across North Herts, Stevenage and Welwyn Hatfield. We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual who loves working in the community and supporting people to improve their wellbeing.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience of working directly with local communities in customer‑facing environments and supporting programmes that meet community needs. Experience in a health improvement or community wellbeing setting is desirable but not essential. ...
