Job Description

• In charge in the issuance and control of medicine
• Maintain/keep accurate and complete medical records of employee
• Screens and verify the pre-employment medical result of newly hired employee
• Attends or brings the patient to the hospital if needed
• Attends to sick employee and gives thorough assessment, referral and medication if it requires sending the employee home
• Over-all in-charge in health trainings/seminar activities
• Prepares/process medicine inventory
• Prepares/process health problem summary report
• Facilitates/coordinates for the Annual Physical Examination of the company
• Supports government health programs for employees
• Gives health counseling to sickly and frequent patients at the clinic
• Prepares for Enroll/ Deleted list for health card (New Regular/Resigned employees)
