Responsibilities
- Administers first aid treatments, routine BP, and provides medications for employees as needed. This includes monitoring and recording of patients' condition.
- Develop and implement health and safety programs.
- Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
- Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
- Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
- Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.
- Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
- Assist all injured employees to the nearest clinics or hospitals.
- Schedule consultation and assist company doctor.
- Monitor medicine supplies and prepare requisition every 1st week of the month.
- Submit regulatory compliances to DOLE about Health and Safety.
Compensation and Benefits
- Process weekly and semi-monthly payrolls.
