An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretarial Assistant Manager to join a growing professional services firm. Working within an established governance team, you'll manage a varied client portfolio while supporting the development of company secretarial services across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of UK entities
- Prepare and review company secretarial documentation, including board minutes, share transactions and corporate changes
- Ensure statutory compliance, Companies House filings and PSC requirements are met
- Support corporate reorganisations and governance projects
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Build strong relationships with clients and professional advisers
