Compassionate Palliative Care Nurse - In-Home & Clinic

IHH Healthcare in Singapore is seeking a skilled Palliative Care Nurse to provide nursing care for cancer patients under the Oncology Clinical Program. Your role includes the coordination of care, patient education, and psycho-emotional support for patients and their families.

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Nursing, be a Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Specialist qualifications in Palliative Care Nursing are preferred.
