Join Adobe’s EMEA Employee Experience (EX) team as a Compensation Specialist, reporting to the Head of Compensation, EMEA. In this role, you will partner closely with colleagues across Employee Experience, Talent Selection, and the Employee Resource Center to deliver thoughtful, equitable, and business-aligned compensation solutions across the region.
You’ll play a key role in building confidence and capability across EX teams, enabling them to effectively support managers and employees by deepening their understanding of Adobe’s compensation philosophy and programs. This is an opportunity for a strong compensation professional who enjoys combining analytical rigor with collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement - while navigating regional nuance in a global organization.
