ResponsibilitiesCompensationPartner with the corporate compensation team to maintain compensation structures and job data and develop a harmonized compensation structure, including job structure and salary ranges.Partner with Human Resources and Business Leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies that attract, reward, and retain key talent.Develop insightful reports and recommendations on compensation trends and adjustments, advocating for strategies that attract and retain top talent.Perform analysis of various compensation programs and initiatives, including but not limited to incentive programs for sales and operating teams, annual merit and bonus planning, pay equity, etc.Support the development of salary budgets and projections that align with our strategic business planning.Engage in salary and labor market surveys to glean insights that inform our compensation strategy.BenefitsProvides leadership in comprehensive analytical support for employee benefit programs....
