Role Overview In this role, you will support the design, administration, and analysis of the company's compensation and benefits programs across the region, enabling data driven decisions, automation of C&B dashboards and tools, and the translation of global policies and processes to meet local needs. You will play a key part in ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives to enhance the overall employee experience. As the superuser for Power BI, Qlik Sense, and other reporting tools, you will own APAC HR reporting and workforce analytics, transforming data into clear, compelling narratives that facilitate decision making and help elevate the People Experience across the CMA CGM Asia Pacific network.
