Opportunity Description
Adecco is currently working with a prominent retail client in Indonesia to identify a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead payroll operations, ensure compliance, and optimize systems, processes, and team performance.
What will you do:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Calculate salaries, benefits, taxes, and other payroll deductions accurately
- Ensure full compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and company policies
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory requirements
- Lead, supervise, and develop the payroll and administration team
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth payroll operations and system integration
- Maintain and enhance payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries in a timely manner
