Sr Manager- Compensation & Benefit
Role Overview
Manage and execute compensation, benchmarking, and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness, pay equity, and performance alignment.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute annual compensation cycles (merit, promotions, corrections)
• Maintain salary bands, job levels, and pay structures
• Participate in Mercer / Aon / Radford surveys
• Analyze P25 / P50 / P75 positioning
• Conduct pay equity analysis (P10–P90)
• Support PLIP design, payouts, and validation
• Administer ESOPs / RSUs / retention plans
• Manage insurance, wellness, and benefits programs
• Build dashboards (attrition vs pay, budget tracking)
• Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and Hiring Managers
Qualifications
• MBA / PGDM (HR preferred)
• 8–10 years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards
