to support the design, implementation, and administration of reward programs that attract, motivate, and retain talent in a fast-paced technology environment. This role will play a key part in developing and maintaining competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, performance management processes, and HR initiatives that support the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities Support the design, review, and implementation of compensation and rewards programs, including salary structures, job grading frameworks, salary bands, and incentive schemes.
