Compensation Benefits Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, review, and implement compensation structures, salary benchmarks, and incentive programs aligned with market trends and business goals. • Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. • Manage employee benefits programs such as insurance, gratuity, PF, bonuses, and wellness initiatives. • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws related to compensation and benefits. • Support payroll inputs, salary revisions, increments, and bonus cycles in coordination with payroll and finance teams. • Analyze compensation data and generate reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership decision-making. • Drive annual compensation processes including appraisals, promotions, and rewards planning. • Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, and policies, ensuring clarity and resolution. • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to align compensation strategies with workforce plan...
