SCOPE

The objective of this contract is to provide payrolling and administrative support services to the Client.

The Financial Services Assistant will assist in the processing, verification, and administration of claims, in accordance with the Financial Administration Act (FAA), and client financial policies.

Responsibilities

• Task 1 : Initiate, process, verify, and finalize electronic and manual claims, ensuring all required supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
• Task 2 : Process travel, relocation, and other employee claims using approved systems, including electronic claims platforms and Claims X, in accordance with applicable policies.
• Task 3 : Administer cost comparisons and provide financial findings to support CAC TC operations.
