Compliance Analyst - Health, Life and Benefits

ADP is hiring a Compliance Analyst.

+ Monitor licenses of all associates who are required to maintain an insurance license, including conducting monthly license audit; and enforcing ADPIA license policy, where necessary.
+ Manage agency and producer appointments and terminations with carrier partners.
+ Maintain, deliver, and monitor mandatory internal compliance trainings to all newInsurance associates, prepare reporting and enforce ADPIA policies, where applicable.
+ Monitor that all agency-related training requirements are met and produce monthly reporting on associates out of compliance and enforce ADPIA policies, where applicable.
+ Manage access to licensing and continuing education platforms.
+ Manage access and termination to third-party vendors and carrier platforms.
+ Advise Sales and Service by answering inquiries that focus on compliance issues, primarily around licensing, and appointment, etc.
