Job Functions:

Herewith ErWin payment processes in its simplest form.

• Access TMS each week.


• Extract all VW & AUDI closed RO’s PER 6 branches weekly.


• Record all vehicle VIN numbers per branch.


• Sort warranty vs non-warranty.


• Access ERWIN on different  days for each of VW & AUDI per branch.


• Extract repiar information manuals.


• Paste extracted information to branch folder.


• Complete and close ERWIN.


• Access branch TMS.


• Copy each extracted repair data to individual bins in TMS.


• Complete process and begin next branch.


• 5 Branches Monday - Friday.
