Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance corporate compliance policies related to anti-bribery and corruption, as well as anti-trust regulations.
- Monitor global and local regulatory developments, recommending necessary policy adjustments.
- Oversee the whistleblowing framework, including channels, case management, and confidentiality protocols.
- Lead internal investigations in collaboration with relevant divisions and present findings to senior management and audit committees.
- Serve as the Data Protection Officer, responsible for ensuring compliance with data privacy policies and incident reporting.
- Maintain personal data privacy frameworks in alignment with applicable data protection laws and manage consent processes.
- Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, ensuring due diligence is conducted with counterparties and potential business partners.
